- Job Title: Co-Founder – Brand & Media Lead (Upscale Child & Family Space)
- Location: Remote / Flexible (meeting occasionally in Los Angeles)
- Compensation: Unpaid co-founder role at the current stage, with potential for future equity/compensation as the company grows
About the Company
We’re an early-stage venture in the upscale baby and child development space.
Join a seasoned veteran tech professional with over 13 years of experience in the tech industry, and a serial entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience in logistics.
We’re building a new kind of experience for families who care deeply about their children’s growth—from early years through childhood. Our work brings together skilled educators and child-development professionals across areas such as music, math, arts, and spirituality, with a focus on quality, trust, and a premium feel.
We’re still in the concept and early-build phase, and we’re looking for a co-founder who wants to help shape both the brand and the story from the ground up.
Role Summary
We are seeking a Co-Founder – Brand & Media Lead who will be the public face and voice of the company. You will:
- Represent the brand across social media and public channels
- Host or co-host a podcast related to parenting, children’s growth, and modern family life
- Lead content creation (blog, social posts, video scripts, newsletters)
- Help build and nurture a community of parents and professionals
- Provide professional input on child development
This is an unpaid co-founder role at this stage, ideal for someone who cares about children’s development and wants to help build a meaningful brand from zero.

- Support PR and media opportunities as the company grows
2. Content & Social Media
- Design and execute a content strategy for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the company blog
- Create or oversee creation of:

- Help build an online community of engaged parents and professionals
- Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and encourage meaningful conversations
- Host live sessions (e.g., IG Live, webinars, or Q&As) with guest experts
- Collect feedback from families and professionals to share with the founding team
4. Co-Founder Responsibilities & Strategy
- Collaborate with other co-founders on vision, positioning, and early go-to-market strategy
- Contribute to defining our target audience and refining our message to them
- Help test and refine early concepts, offerings, and brand experiments
- Participate in early partner conversations with educators and child-development professionals
Ideal Profile
- Genuine interest in child development, education, or parenting
