About Us
We are an early-stage venture in the upscale baby and child development space, building a new kind of experience for families who care deeply about their children’s growth and enrichment.
We’re assembling a small founding group of exceptional professionals—educators, specialists, and practitioners across disciplines like music, math, arts, languages, mindfulness, spirituality, and social–emotional learning—who will become the seed community for our platform.
If you’re passionate about high-quality, intentional work with children and families, this is an opportunity to help shape something from the very beginning.
Role Summary
As a Founding Child Development Professional / Educator, you will:
- Work directly with families and children (babies through early teens, depending on your specialty)
- Design and deliver high-quality learning and enrichment experiences
- Help us understand what great looks like—for both families and professionals—so we can build around it
You’ll be part of a small, curated early cohort, and your feedback will directly influence how the platform, services, and standards evolve.
Key Responsibilities
1. Direct Work with Children & Families
- Provide 1:1 or small-group sessions (online and/or in-person, depending on your availability and location)
- Tailor your approach to each child’s stage, interests, and family values
- Clearly communicate progress, observations, and recommendations to parents or caregivers
2. Program & Experience Design
- Develop or adapt lesson plans, activities, or programs in your area of expertise (e.g., early music exposure, creative arts, math foundations, storytelling, mindfulness, etc.)
- Help define what a “premium” experience looks and feels like for families working with you
- Suggest tools, formats, and structures that support high-quality child engagement
3. Quality & Standards
- Collaborate with the founding team to shape standards of practice for professionals on the platform (ethics, communication, reliability, parent updates, etc.)
- Provide feedback on onboarding, scheduling, session flow, and parent communication so we can improve the overall experience
4. Optional: Content & Visibility(Depending on your comfort and interest)
- Contribute to articles, short videos, or live sessions sharing your expertise with parents
- Participate in occasional interviews, webinars, or podcasts as a featured expert
- Offer insights that can be turned into parent-friendly guides or resources
Ideal Profile
We know great child professionals come from many backgrounds. You may be:
- An early childhood educator, teacher, tutor, children’s music instructor, art instructor, language teacher, or enrichment coach
- A child development specialist (e.g., psychology, early intervention, social–emotional learning, mindfulness, spiritual formation for children, etc.)
- A practicing professional who has developed a niche working thoughtfully with children and families
We’re especially interested if you:
- Have demonstrated experience working with babies, toddlers, children, or pre-teens
- Communicate with parents in a clear, respectful, and reassuring way
- Are comfortable working in a premium / concierge-style context where expectations are high
- Value kindness, patience, curiosity, and cultural sensitivity in your work
- Are open to experimenting with new formats (online sessions, hybrid, small groups, micro-programs, etc.)
- Are excited about helping to shape an early-stage offering, not just “clocking in”
Formal degrees and certifications are welcome but not always required—proven skill, professionalism, and alignment with our values matter most.
Practical Details
- Engagement Type: Contract-based / part-time
- Compensation: Competitive hourly or per-session rates, aligned with a premium service; details discussed individually based on experience and offerings

Why Join as a Founding Professional?
- Be part of a small, hand-selected starting cohort
- Help shape how families and professionals connect and work together
- Gain early visibility and positioning as one of the “original” professionals on the platform
- Work with families who are actively seeking high-quality, thoughtful experiences for their children
